Stefanie has developed a well-rounded network of high-profile security contacts while tracking news and trends within the field, which are in constant flux. Due in large part to Stefanie’s vision and efforts, Prescient’s EDP program has become the flagship offering of the practice and provides unparalleled insight into the physical and digital risks facing clients and their families. Drysdale is also a longtime proponent of cybersecurity awareness and women in cybersecurity/security, having hosted or participated in multiple webinars, presentations, panel discussions, and a weekly video series about the importance of online security.

Susan is a leader in the fight for equity in the workplace through her inclusion work with clients. She draws on her experiences as a CEO, trainer, published author, sales executive, business owner, leader, and academics in communications and technology. Susan’s passion for equity in business drives her fight for the underrepresented to get a seat at the table, and once there, to be heard and respected.
Susan is currently a Ph.D. scholar in the UC Merced School of Engineering in Management of Complex Systems. She previously graduated with honors with a Master of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Communication Theory. She wrote her still-relevant thesis: “A Study of The Importance of Client-Centric Communication in Business Development Within a Law Firm Setting: Transitioning from a Practice of Law to a Business of Law.” Susan also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and another in Journalism with a minor in Marketing. In addition, Susan studied negotiations with G. Richard Shell, Chair of the Wharton School's Legal Studies and Business Ethics Department. She also completed Cornell University’s “Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship” program.
Susan studies how arrangements of people, organizations, information, technology, and the natural world give rise to complex adaptive phenomena that pose difficult — often grand — challenges to society, identifying and executing management strategies that seek balance and alignment among social justice, environmental resources, and economic welfare — i.e., toward the long-term sustainability of people, planet, and profit (PPP). Her focus is on the intersection between technology and human behaviors – specifically measuring inclusion and studying equity in the workplace using artificial intelligence (AI).

Alicia is currently the head of the Global Physical Security at eBay. Her leadership role oversees the responsibility for supporting four global core functions, including Physical Security Operations, Security Operations Centers, Investigations & Threat Management and Protective Intelligence. Alicia started in the security industry as a contracted security officer at eBay in 2001, advancing within the organization by taking on various roles until she found her passion in threat management. She also volunteers her time to advance women in the Security industry, taking on various volunteer roles within ASIS, including this year’s Chapter Chair.
Allison Sands

Allison Sands is a former FBI Agent, intelligence analyst, and security consultant who is passionate about keeping people safe where they live, work, and play. She was recently a Senior Manager of Global Security Operations and Global Strategy and plans at Roku, where she supported security programs for Roku's offices worldwide, executive risk mitigation programs, and threat detection and management. She is also the founder and President of Project Hummingbird - a company that seeks to prevent violence by providing training in de-escalation and conflict resolution that combines academic research with real-life experiences to save lives and careers. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in security policy from Georgetown University. She was a Presidential Management Fellow for the U.S. Navy prior to pursuing a career in intelligence analysis of the Department of Defense. Allison was a security and intelligence consultant in the United Arab Emirates prior to returning to federal service. A Chicago native and Bears fan for life, she currently lives in northern California where she loves to explore the local wineries, ski slopes, hiking trails, and dog parks.
