Unexpected events can occur anywhere and anytime, whether at a bank, playground, factory, or corporate headquarters. Understanding the importance and challenges of crisis management in emergency situations is vital for the safety and security of human life and business revenues and reputation. During this presentation, participants will learn the basics of identifying, preventing, and controlling crisis situations. Preparation, training, compliance, stages of a crisis, and the need to establish a crisis management team are discussed. Participants will be able to identify potential risks or situations that may precipitate a crisis or emergency and learn how to respond with instant and effective decisions. The presentation concludes with guidance for damage control and crisis management.
