Learning Objectives
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Session participants will evaluate current exercise plans, identifying ways to expand them to include additional internal response or continuity teams. This evolution will enable any security organization to enhance resilience by identifying gaps between cross-functional processes.
- Session participants will learn to incorporate additional injects, third-parties and technologies to fully expand their existing exercise scenarios through their full response process. Participants can expect to leave with 3-5 ideas to utilize in any size organization, applicable to any global location.
- Session participants will hear experiences and pitfalls of including C-suite executives in response exercises; as well as develop at least one scenario to includes these key stakeholders.
