This year’s Genetec™ State of Physical Security survey revealed that the greatest demand for cloud adoption in a hybrid deployment is now from corporations with more than 10,000 employees.
This interest is driven in large part by the convergence of physical security and information technology (IT) departments. IT teams are moving into a more active role when companies look to on-board new video management, access control, and other physical security systems.
In this session, we’ll discuss:
- How physical security and IT teams can align efforts to uncover cross-departmental benefits for their entire organization.
- How cloud or hybrid systems can add value for both physical security and IT teams
- What teams should consider when looking for a cloud or hybrid solution
- Examples of efficiencies gained through collaboration between IT and physical security
