Rachel was recipient of the 2016 International Security Management Association (ISMA) Outstanding Achievement Award and is a member of the Risk and Security Management Forum (RSMF).
She was founding Executive Director of Hostage US and Hostage International and was awarded an OBE by Her Majesty The Queen for her work with hostages.
