When an Ivy League University wanted to upgrade security at its historic Bowl, bringing modern technology into a stadium erected more than a century ago required some innovation. In keeping with the aesthetics of the property, the university wanted a cohesive solution that would provide broader, more detailed coverage with a much smaller footprint than their current cluster of old cameras. Enter radar technology. By integrating radars with their VMS and PTZ cameras, the university was able to effectively track events and que PTZ cameras based on radar detections. The radar deployment helped the university security team become much more proactive at monitoring and mitigating events as they happen.
This webinar is sponsored by Magos, the 2019 GSX Pitch Competition winner.
