The objective of this presentation is to provide security practitioners with the skills to detect individuals who may have hostile intent in any environment. This is done by observing for predetermined behaviors in the immediate environment, and then engaging the individual in a non-invasive verbal engagement. The engagement is designed to elicit open-ended responses that would aide in resolving the human alarm real time.
